GOOD NEWS OUTWEIGHS THE BAD
We are born sinners. Since Adam & Eve were tempted by Satan in the Garden & ate from the forbidden tree of good and evil, sin has been in the blood of all mankind. Sinful thoughts and actions are our default setting. That's why children don't need to be taught to disobey...it just happens. God and sin, like oil & water, cannot mix. Anything tainted by sin cannot survive in the bright, burning presence of a Holy and Perfect God. Does this mean our only option is to be forever tormented in hell, a place that is untouched by the goodness of God, separated from Him?
Thankfully, no. God gave us access to Him. He lowered Himself and took the form of a man, born through a Jewish virgin girl. He lived & taught among His people as the humble, sinless carpenter, Yeshua (Jesus), the Messiah (Christ), so He could be killed. He put on flesh so that He could have perfect, sinLESS blood to give in place of our sinFUL blood. Yeshua was the spotless Sacrifice Lamb to pay the blood price for all of our sins. With His last breath on the cross, He gave up God's Spirit, so that anyone who trusts in Him and invites Him in can have the Spirit of God. He broke death's power by being raised back to life in a body that will live forever. Death is no longer final!
When we accept Him, Yeshua will wash away our former sinful life, and give us the new life and freedom that He bought for us. God's Spirit in us will 1st open our eyes to our sins so we can truly feel sadness about them.
The Spirit of God will then write His Character on our hearts so that each of us will have a new nature that loves and does what God loves, and turns away from the things that upset Him. Finally, the Spirit of God will raise us from the dead in a renewed body that will live forever in the Kingdom of Yeshua the Messiah. Hallelujah!
About This Ministry
Ruah V'Emet (Spirit and Truth) Messianic Outreach & Discipleship Believes:
(1) The ONLY WAY to be made right with God is by claiming, through faith, the free gift of salvation that Yeshua the Messiah (Jesus Christ), God in the flesh, bought for us with His own shed blood on the cross.
(2) God gave the Torah (Law through Moses) as a minimum standard of outward righteousness, the most that could be expected from corrupt human nature, but that this Law has no power to transform us or remove our sinful nature, and...
(3) Anyone who is a new creation in Yeshua (Jesus), after accepting the free gift of God's forgiveness by repentance & receiving the Holy Spirit, will be motivated by a thankful heart & empowered by the Holy Spirit to walk out not just the letter of the Torah, but most importantly the Spiritual and Heavenly laws at the heart of the Torah, as taught by Yeshua: Love & Obedience toward God, Holiness (Set-Apartness), Compassion for Others, Truth, Self-sacrifice/Self-denial, Justice, Mercy, Humility.
This outreach aims to deliver study resources and God's pure Word unpolluted by politics or man-made traditions. My prayer is that each visitor can guide their own study of the truth to tackle the urgent questions about God, and mature in a living, active, and saving faith.

Not the Sacred Name Movement: We do not see Biblical support for referring to God ONLY by His Name (YHWH). Doing so puts us at risk of using His Name carelessly.

Not Black Hebrew Israelites or British/Anglo-Israelism: We reject doctrines of favor or condemnation based on race. We reject all forms of replacement theology that try to undermine the identity of the recognized diverse Jewish community, who have centuries of genealogical records and have preserved the Hebrew language for the last 2000 years. Race-based doctrine is false because, whether we are of Israel or Gentiles, we all need salvation through Yeshua, Jesus, in order to enter God's Heavenly Kingdom.

Not the Two-House/Ephraimite Movement: We reject the Two-House claim that all Christians are descendants of the 10 Lost Tribes of Israel ("house of Ephraim") that will be reunited with the house of Judah. If this were true, then salvation would only be offered to physical descendants of Israel, and would go against the Great Commission, where Yeshua (Jesus) commands us to make disciples of ALL nations (Matthew 28:19-20).

Not Bound by Rabbinic Tradition: The words of Yeshua are the final authority that every doctrine and teaching must be measured against. Therefore the Talmud, Oral Torah, and teachings of Rabbis who add to God's law and deny that Yeshua is both Messiah and God in the Flesh, have no authority to guide the servants of Yeshua, as they fail the 1 John 4:3 test. While there is a place for honoring heritage, we aim to avoid the trap of idolizing the cultural traditions of man.

Give me a new heart, your heart, and open my eyes to see as you see and to see Your hand guiding my life, and open my ears so I can recognize Your voice.
